Wiki for Business new

The Wiki concept is popular, Web users in large volumes are using them for research, and to retrieve information on just about anything there is under the sun. Wikis have sprung up in good volumes around many different topics including sports, travel and of course business.

Wiki is a common word the meaning most of us know by now, but in case you do not know it, Wiki is a Web site/encyclopedia with freely editable user contributed information or knowledge. The Wikis often use the same software and are often very alike to one another, but that could change.

Wiki is an acknowledged concept on the Web today, but also a concept of controversy mainly caused by the "freely editable by anyone" option.

One of the Web’s Wikis is wikicompany.org, a Wiki of company information that anyone can edit. We visited the Web site late last year and since then we have seen some advances in the look and feel of the site without it losing the Wiki feeling and atmosphere.
